Case Summary
The customer is a heavy user of Oracle ERP On-Premise Applications for many years. Recently due to M & A activities, they have been asked to manage their Oracle license environment independently. The customer wanted to know their existing users and any license compliance gaps and also decide the future strategy for managing the Oracle environment effectively. The customer did not have any in-house skills and hence they engaged Rizen’s consultant to perform the proactive license assessment.
What we did?
Rizen designed the data collection plan for the entire organization, executed data collection scripts and performed analysis on customer usage along with the contractual rights and obligations. We provided a detailed license compliance report on Oracle ERP Application Usage, Provided recommendations on the remedies and also offered strategies to negotiate with Oracle effectively.
